Morgan Enright

Morgan Enright (she/her/hers) obtained her Master’s degree in Community Counseling in 2007 from Kent State University. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio.

Morgan is the owner of Creative Family Wellness and takes pride in developing a practice that prioritizes the use of best practices and client-centered care. Morgan has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. She has worked in a variety of settings including schools, intensive outpatient, community mental health agencies, and private practices.

Her areas of expertise include the treatment of depression, anxiety, grief, oppositional behaviors, adjustment to parenthood, postpartum concerns, decreasing suicidal thoughts and self-harming behaviors, couples work, LGBT-related issues, and incorporating creative interventions into the counseling process. Morgan has additional training in EMDR (evidenced-based trauma treatment), The Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Crisis Intervention.

Morgan most enjoys working with young adults using music, writing, and storytelling in sessions. Morgan also enjoys being a consultant and mentor to other clinicians hoping to build their own private practices. She offers hour long consultations to other therapists that are tailored to their specific practice goals and values. She utilizes mostly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (the relationship between thoughts, feelings and behaviors) Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-focused counseling (problem solving, goal-directed, and brief approach to treatment). Morgan believes that the most rewarding part of her work is having the privilege of a client’s trust and supporting others in realizing their worth and potential.
